📣We're currently hiring 1-2 fee-for-service therapists/supervisors.

Duties
-
Phone consultations

-
Full-time position: Provides psychotherapy services to a caseload minimum of 30 clients, including individuals, couples, and families
- Part-time position: Provides psychotherapy services to a caseload minimum of 15 clients, including individuals, couples, and families: one evening/week or one weekend day
-
Maintains case notes, logs and all required documentation
-
Participates in individual and group clinical supervision, administrative meetings, and other relevant meetings
-
Assists in the creation and implementation of workshops, training and seminars, as opportunities arise
-
Marketing tasks for self and the group
-
If applicable provide formal supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians.
Compensation
-
$45-$80 per hour depending on licensure and experience
Noted

H1B sponsorship may be considered for highly qualified clinicians
-
Therapists with their own private practices or working in another group practice will not be considered
Requirements
-
Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, LMHC and be licensed in New York
-
Commit to a minimum of 2 years
-
Specialize in at least one area, such as trauma, relationship and sexuality issues, eating disorder, parenting etc
-
Feel comfortable networking and marketing under the guidance of your supervisor
-
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
-
Be available and willing to work on at least 1 weekend day, early mornings or evenings
-
At least 2 years of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and providing psychotherapy
-
At least 2 years of experience in providing individual, couples, multiple partner relationships and/or family therapy
-
At least 2 years of experience in providing therapy to BIPOC, LGBTQ+, or non-monogamous population
-
Highly responsive to email communication
-
Organized and able to submit progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, and in accordance with group policies
-
You are in a financial position to allow for slow but steady growth. You will see private pay clients before we fully credential you with insurance companies (may take anywhere from 1-6 months). We are okay with that because we are focused on quality, not quantity. Growing into a full-time position is an option if desired
